Cancellation policy

Sometimes life gets in the way and things come up which we cannot always plan for. While we understand these circumstances, we still need to know in advance if you cannot make your appointment, so that it can be filled by someone else.

Please let me know as soon as you can if you need to reschedule or cancel our session, but no later than 48 hours beforehand to avoid being charged a fee.

Unfortunately cancellations within 48 hours will be charged a $50 non-refundable fee, unless the appointment can be filled by someone else, although this is not always guaranteed.
