Terms and Conditions

for Glasses Repair and Adjustment Services

By engaging The Eye Lady for repair and adjustment services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Service Fee and Inclusions:
   • The service fee is $35 and includes:
     • Assessment of your glasses.
     • Ultrasonic cleaning.
     • Adjustment and fitting.
     • Basic repairs, such as replacing screws and nose pads if required.
   • More complex repairs requiring off-site servicing will incur additional charges, which will be discussed and agreed upon before proceeding.
2. Acknowledgment of Risk:
   • While every effort is made to handle your eyewear with care, glasses are subject to wear and fatigue over time. Adjustments and repairs may place stress on components, which can occasionally result in breakage.
3. Liability Waiver:
   • The Eye Lady will not be held liable for any damage, including breakage, that occurs during the course of repair, adjustment, or cleaning.
   • The Eye Lady carries no responsibility to repair or replace any item that breaks while in her possession.
4. Client Agreement:
   • By proceeding with an appointment or service, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of the potential risks involved and agree to release The Eye Lady from any claims related to the condition or further damage of your eyewear.
5. Repair Process:
   • Any additional repairs required following damage will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and may incur additional costs.
6. Service Scope:
   • The services provided are limited to adjustments, cleaning, fitting, and basic repairs. For extensive damage or manufacturing defects, clients are advised to consult the original supplier or manufacturer.
